Requirements

Axxam for several years had been using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales. As the business grew steadily and needs changed, the company made a number of changes to the solution over time, but failed to meet the growing needs.

The first action then involved the EOS team restyling the solution, which was later supplemented with new strategic features.

Along with this primary goal came other specific needs. First, operating in different areas and internationally, Axxam needed to use a single Database for CRM activities across different realities. Then there was the need to make marketing processes more efficient by personalizing interactions with customers to enhance their preferences and feedback.

The Solution

When restructuring the Dynamics 365 Sales module, EOS introduced the product lifecycle into the solution, which enabled better control over all activities related to the development of new Axxam solutions.

The marketing features of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys were implemented all over again and subsequently connected to the Sales module.

Such integration enables information sharing between departments and helps employees implement targeted actions that turn prospects into customers. The cloud solutions adopted ensure that the customer always has up-to-date technology and functionality.
