Generale Conserve had the need to implement an ERP system able to cover all the company areas, to help sales in the relationship with the big retail channel and to have a business management system able to give quick answers on profit margins.

The Solution

Generale Conserve needed an ERP system that could manage all business areas, help the sales department in its dealings with large-scale retailers, and have a management control system that could give timely answers on marginality. The solution adopted is Microsoft Dynamics ERP system with the EOS FoodSuite vertical, which natively has modules designed for food companies ( Large-Scale Retail Trade, EMA-management control, logistics and production), allowed the introduction of the ERP system without disrupting the company model.
