What is the Frontier Firm?
A Frontier Firm is an organization based on hybrid teams, where people and digital agents work together to carry out tasks, make decisions, and manage processes continuously.
It is this transition, from experimentation to full integration, that defines the true paradigm shift:
- information management. In many companies, knowledge is distributed across systems, documents, and people. In a Frontier Firm, however, this information becomes immediately accessible and structured: as demonstrated by some organizations already today, where advanced systems enable teams to retrieve insights in real time, drastically reducing decision-making times;
- operational processes. International companies are already using digital agents to optimize complex activities, such as supply chain management or customer support, achieving tangible results in terms of efficiency, quality, and response speed;
