Reducing the impact, improving efficiency
We promote:
- the progressive decarbonization of business activities;
- improved energy efficiency across operational sites;
- sustainable mobility solutions and technology choices aimed at reducing environmental impact.
The measurement of Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions and the continuous monitoring of environmental performance provide the foundation for defining concrete objectives and medium- to long-term improvement paths.

To consult detailed information on the measurement of greenhouse gas emissions, we make available the Sustainability Report of EOS Solutions, which demonstrates the progress achieved and our concrete and responsible commitment to pursuing sustainability goals.
Since 2020, we have embarked on a structured ESG journey, which led to the creation of the EOS-Sustainability team, the adoption of Microsoft sustainability solutions, the establishment of the ESG Committee, and our participation in the United Nations Global Compact.
Since 2025–26, we have been guided by concrete and measurable objectives, particularly in the environmental area, with full awareness of the commitment required. We have also set ambitious targets for social and governance aspects, sometimes of a qualitative nature. For us, this report is a dynamic document: the objectives will evolve and take shape in line with the company’s growth.
EOS Solutions collaborates with Treedom, a certified B Corp platform, as part of a tree-planting initiative that has led to the planting of more than 600 trees in different countries. Through the Treedom platform, it is possible to track over time the development of the projects and their environmental and social impact, carried out with the direct involvement of local communities.
The initiative has also had a strong internal awareness-raising value: new employees have been able to take part in the project and monitor the growth of their own tree, strengthening awareness of environmental issues.
EOS Solutions is aware that climate responsibility is primarily based on the direct reduction of emissions throughout its operations and value chain (Scope 1 and Scope 3). Offset initiatives, such as tree planting, are considered solely as a residual measure, to be evaluated only for unavoidable emissions.
The project is part of a broader journey of attention to environmental issues, initiated over the years and further strengthened by joining the Microsoft Partner Pledge in 2021, which promotes the integration of sustainability into business activities.
With EOS Future Forest, EOS Solutions aims to make a targeted and measurable contribution, complementary to – and not a substitute for – structural actions to reduce its carbon footprint.
Our digital transformation projects carefully consider their overall impact on the environment, people, and governance systems. For us, technology and sustainability go hand in hand.
