The Solution

  • Microsoft Dynamics Sales
    The solution developed by EOS is based on Microsoft Dynamics Sales, used as the central platform for sales management and customer data integration.
  • 3 stages
    The process has been structured into three main steps to ensure smooth and integrated management: from product configuration to order management.
  • Product configuration
    Through the graphical configurator on the website, the client's own customization of the product is allowed. The generated configurations are automatically sent to Dynamics Sales, where the sales offer is created and managed.
  • Sending configuration to ERP
    The approved offer is transferred to the ERP system, entering the operational management phase.
  • Order management
    The ERP coordinates the entire order cycle up to delivery, ensuring continuity and efficiency at every stage.
