Requirements

Communication with customers, internal processes, reaction time

Valoritalia has to manage complex processes that require compliance with strict regulations. Winemakers as well as vintners and bottlers must obtain a certificate of appropriateness attesting to the quality and traceability of wines.

The goal was to create a system that could improve communication with customers, optimize internal processes, reduce reaction time, and provide flexibility to adapt to changing regulations.

The Solution

In partnership with EOS Solutions, Tessa, the platform integrating advanced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central technologies, was developed. The project, which began as a software migration, had the ambitious goal of ensuring that all Valoritalia offices were operating by December 31, 2024. To meet this deadline, a hybrid methodology was adopted with close collaboration between the EOS and Valoritalia teams, creating a cohesive and determined working group.

Thanks to low-code technologies such as Power Automate and Power Page, it was possible to configure scalable solutions and create digital portals, including a system for tasters. This approach made it possible to adapt the software to ongoing regulatory changes, while keeping development and implementation time under control.
